Fascinating webinar - worth a watch

You might be interested to watch this fascinating Wednesday Webinar by the Arboricultural Association on why we are losing too many trees in the UK by Russell Miller and a really interesting presentation by James Chambers on tomography.

Russell touches on the vast numbers of trees which are lost in the UK every year, many of which are not replaced, why retained trees can add to developments, the problem with mitigation and potential issues with arb reports.

He says on subsidence, "Blaming a tree for the inadequacy of a building’s foundations is a short sighted, economically driven approach that denudes the environment and risks harm to public health (not to mention wildlife)."

James gives an interesting and technical presentation on the use and issues with tomography, a value tool if used properly. Worth watching to the end!
